"Art, Creativity and Innovation at T&C" conference organised by Econcult (University of Valencia) on 3 July 2017 discussed and contrasted with more than twenty experts, mediators, artists and creatives, the strategic evaluation model and the potential of the CreativeWear project. This documentary collects the main results generated by the workshop discussing insights and exchanges on T&C most significant issues.
The Textile and Clothing Sector (T&C) is characterized by its importance in the industrial productive fabric of the Mediterranean regions. T&C is facing major challenges due to the transformations that the globalization of the economy and the digitalization of production processes are causing in its value chain. Issues such as company relocation, international competition, environmental sustainability and ethical and socially responsible production are on the strategic innovation agenda of European T&C.
What are the main innovation services that cultural and creative organizations can offer to the Textile and Clothing sector?
